There is penciled handwriting within, including underline and circling, see photos. The only pages which I observed with penciling are photographed, all other pages appear untranscribed. There is also a stamp saying, “Keith W. Heiss Jr.” in a very old looking Gothic/Old English style. Item comes exactly as photographed. Read classic poetry to your child, grandchild, or any loved one, “How They Used To”.

Paul Simmel Cartoon Book in German 1930’s 174 pages. Paul Simmel lived 1887-1933. This book is from the 1930’s or earlier. The front 4 pages are missing. I don’t know the date or who it was that made up this collection. The book measures roughly 8.5 x 6.5 x 1″. No info at all on the cover. The cover is in very good condition. The pages, as you can see by the photos, are very „browned“ around the edges. I assume it is from cheap paper and age. Someone really loved this book. Quite a few pages have bits of tape from ages ago. A couple of the first pages are loose. You are buying this distressed rare book „AS IS“.
