There is penciled handwriting within, including underline and circling, see photos. The only pages which I observed with penciling are photographed, all other pages appear untranscribed. There is also a stamp saying, “Keith W. Heiss Jr.” in a very old looking Gothic/Old English style. Item comes exactly as photographed.
