This is a loose-leaf printing that held together by 2 zip-ties on the upper and lower hole. The back cover is falling off and ripped at the bottom from the zip-tie. The cover shows moderate wear with some scratches, marks, bends, and edge wear. The text is all unmarked with moderate wear and some bumps/bends to the outer edges of the pages.
